Upload proof of identification for the applicant (birth certificate or passport)
Upload proof of identification for both parents (passport or national ID).
Submit/upload school reports for the applicant for the last 2 academic years. For Grade 10 to 12 applicants, include official transcripts from previous the school
Upload applicant’s vaccination records
Upload applicant’s additional documents such as medical diagnosis reports. For students with Learning Support needs, please upload personal learning plans (IEPs or other supporting documents/reports – translated into English if necessary)
Submit school supplied reference
